Orders will be invoiced once a website order is placed. Payment can be made by cash, or by cheque, or by bank cheque, or by Visa or MasterCard, or by direct credit, or by EFTPOS, or by any other method as agreed to between the Customer and AML. Any wholesale purchase via Visa or MasterCard will incur a 3% surcharge.
Allied Medical may amend these terms of use from time to time, so you should check and read these terms of use regularly. By continuing to use this Site after any such amendment, you are deemed to have agreed to the amended terms of use.
Excluding all posts that are shared on Facebook or contain #regram on Instagram, all intellectual property on Allied Medical social media platforms, including without limitation, the text, graphics and copyright works is owned by Allied Medical (or our relevant content supplier).
Competitions are open to residents of New Zealand only. Employees of Allied Medical are not eligible to enter competitions. Winners are selected or drawn by Allied Medical within 48 business hours of the competition closing and the decision is final. Winners will be contacted by email or via a comment or private message. Winner’s full names may be used to announce the winners on social media or the Allied Medical Ltd website; however, no other personal details will be used or shared. It is the winner’s responsibility to respond to Allied Medical Ltd and if a winner does not respond within 5 working days of the original contact an alternate winner may be drawn. Once the winner responds, Allied Medical Ltd will arrange delivery of the prize to a New Zealand address only. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other products. All additional and unique competition conditions for giveaways will be listed in the social media post, email, or landing page the competition is promoted on.
