NZ Specialist Delivery & Setup Required
Some products require more than a standard courier delivery. These items are delivered by one of our trained team members to help ensure they are correctly set up and ready to use.
Where available, our Specialist Delivery & Setup service includes:
- Delivery by an Allied Medical team member.
- Unpacking and assembly where required.
- Basic adjustments and setup.
- A demonstration of the product's key features and safe operation.
- Removal of packaging where practical.
A $150 delivery fee applies to products requiring this service and will be shown at checkout. After your order is placed, our team will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date and time.
Please note that Specialist Delivery & Setup is currently available in selected areas of New Zealand. If you are outside one of these areas, we will contact you to discuss the most appropriate delivery option.

We have a retail store in Albany, Auckland called Livewell. Livewell offers a carefully selected range of quality products available for the public to purchase. We also provide equipment hire and servicing to customers on Auckland's North Shore.

If you are based in Auckland, we offer a range of rental equipment through our Livewell store in Albany. Many of our stockist across New Zealand also offer wheelchair rental – click here to find your nearest stockist.

Absolutely! When you reach the checkout you simply need to select "Click and Collect" under Delivery. Click and Collect orders are ready for collection within 1-2 business days and you will receive a notification when it is ready for collection.
